Polyethylene foams are designed to meet a broad range of protective packaging requirements.
From economical lightweight protection through to heavy duty industrial applications. They are non-abrasive, clean as well as aesthetically pleasing. Polyethylene foams are also very resilient and offer quick recovery from impacts and compressions.
Due to foams properties a smaller quantity of foam is able to offer the same level of protection as you would get from using a large amount of other packaging materials. This can result in a smaller pack size which reduces material, shipping and storage costs.
Our in house facilities enable us to manufacture routed Polyethylene to bespoke designs. Foams are available in special grades with flame retardant additives which are ideal for use in the aerospace and defence industry.
