STRONGER BY DESIGN
Peli protector cases are made from copolymer polypropylene , using an open cell core and solid wall construction, which is actually lighter and stronger than a solid core wall. Peli’s moulded fins and flexibility offer extra protection so that the impact of a shock is evenly dispersed, keeping the internal equipment safe.
Stainless steel pins are used for the hinges and handles. Double step latches are smarter and easier to open; the patented design works like a pry bar to start the release and offers plenty of leverage to open with a light pull.
You will know its a peli case by its distinctive dual band top surface and pressure release valve. Travel light with heavy protection.
PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE
The new automatic pressure equalization valve releases built up air pressure while keeping water molecules out resulting in a watertight case that is even easier to open after pressure changes.

PANEL MOUNTING SYSTEM
Peli offers an easy solution for installing interface panels to any Peli protector case. The mounting bracket installs beneath your panel and fits against stops moulded inside the case walls.
With pre drilled holes and stainless steel screws, fabricating a custom case is faster, stronger and more accurate than ever before.
WATERTIGHT
The secret is the tongue and groove fit with a polymer o-ring creating a waterproof seal.
FOAM INTERNAL FURNITURE
Dereham Designs and Packaging is a specialist in the routing of foam internal padding for any Peli case providing maximum protection for high value or sensitive equipment.
For extremely sensitive equipment like microchips and circuit boards, materials with antistatic properties and foam that protects against electrostatic discharge are available.
Where purity or out-gassing is an issue cross-linked foam expanded with nitrogen is chemical resistant and perfect for medical equipment and some electronic applications.
